acidfield is an electronic artist and producer from boise, idaho, making club-focused music that sits somewhere between dark tech house, techno, and more melodic electronic sounds. his music is built around heavy low end, gritty textures, sharp drums, and a lot of movement, but the goal is always bigger than just making something that works in a dj set. he wants every track to have its own identity and actually feel like something instead of sounding like another copy of whatever is trending that week, because apparently dance music did not need another thousand identical bass drops.

he started releasing music independently and gradually built acidfield into a project centered around both production and visual identity. a lot of the sound comes from the contrast between darker, more aggressive club elements and more emotional or atmospheric moments. some records lean heavily into tech house and are meant to hit immediately, while others pull from techno, melodic house, rap, and alternative electronic music.

the project is also heavily influenced by the culture around electronic music as a whole: clubs, festivals, fashion, visuals, underground scenes, and the energy of hearing a track on a proper sound system. artists like mau p, skrillex, biscits, anyma, brutalismus3000, omnom and other modern electronic producers have helped shape the direction, but acidfield’s focus is on taking those influences and pushing them into something more personal rather than recreating them.

as acidfield continues releasing music, the goal is to keep developing both the sound and the live side of the project, with increasingly energetic records, dj sets, collaborations, and a stronger visual identity surrounding each release. at its core, acidfield is about making electronic music that feels immediate, dark, emotional, and built to be experienced loud.
